Article 1 [Purpose)

These terms and conditionsDeep Blue Explorer Co., Ltd.Provision of rights, obligations and responsibilities of cyber companies and users when using internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by a cyber company (hereinafter referred to as “company”) operated by (e-commerce business operator) is intended for.

Article 2 (Definition)

① What is “Company”?Deep Blue Explorer Co., Ltd.Temporary refers to a virtual business place set up so that goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) can be traded using information and communication facilities such as computers in order to provide users with goods and services. It is also used in meaning.

 

② “User” refers to members and non-members who access the “Company” and receive the services provided by the “Company” in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

 

③ 'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the "company", is continuously provided with the "company" information, and can continue to use the services provided by the "company".  

 

④ 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the service provided by the "company" without registering as a member.
